to provide court-related alternative dispute resolution services
for children, adolescents, and families

 - a former clinician at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota where he provided therapy and 
and psychological/cognitive assessments for children and adolescents with a wide range of social, emotional, and learning challenges

 - a former post-graduate trainee at the University of Minnesota Department of Child and Adolescent
Psychiatry where he provided therapy and psychological/neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents with severe, pervasive, and treatment-resistant mental health challenges
