Rates for Service
Initial meeting/diagnostic assessment for therapy: $225 (90 minutes)
Therapy session: $170 (50 minutes)

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please contact me directly for information about my sliding fee scale and costs for additional psychological services.
Insurance
I do not take insurance payments, and as such am considered an "out-of-network provider" for all plans. Many insurance plans allow for out-of-network benefits and will reimburse clients for a portion of the fees paid for mental health services.
When requested, I can provide an itemized receipt to help you seek reimbursement from out-of-network benefits, flex dollars, or health care spending plans. If you are considering this route, however, you are strongly encouraged to contact your insurance provider before our session to ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible?
- Has my deductible been met for this year?
- How many sessions per year are covered in my plan?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician before starting therapy?
Payment
Full payment is due at the start of each session. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, debit, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).

Cancellation Policy
Please let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, by email or phone if you need to cancel your session. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to an $85 late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments
Missed appointments with no prior notification will be charged at the full rate.
